Screencasting Training Videos– Professional Practice
This artifact demonstrates my mastery of standard 3.3, Implementation and Institutionalization. After learning about screencasting, I shared the concept and some examples with my staff. I explained the basics of how to create a screencast, then encouraged them to create screencasts to train freelancer writers who were working on our projects. The videos below, all created by members of my staff, show some of the results of that effort to implement and institutionalize an innovation. Screencasting has now become one of our standard training tools.
